Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be comfortable with your purchase. This policy explains refunds and cancellations for each of our services. To request a refund or cancellation, email info@immykhan.com or message us on WhatsApp with your name and order/registration reference.
Live Webinar
- Cancel and request a full refund up to 48 hours before the webinar start time.
- Within 48 hours of the webinar, or once the webinar has started, the fee is non-refundable.
- If we cancel or reschedule the webinar, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to the new date.
1-on-1 Consultation Sessions
- You may reschedule a session free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the session are eligible for a full refund.
- No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
eBook (Digital)
- Because the eBook is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all eBook sales are final and non-refundable once the download has been provided.
- If you face a technical problem downloading the file, contact us and we will make sure you receive it.
Physical Book
- If your book arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable except where the error is ours.
How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method (or via UPI/bank transfer) within 7–10 business days of approval.
